Ákos Huber believes that experimental approach is essential to developing designs in a fresh, unusual and unique way. The design process starts with material research, sketches and models studies. His work is located in the intersection of art, design and architecture. He is engaged finding connection between tradition and innovation, craft and technology and strives for designing objects that alloy local values with universal meaning. Unexpected material combinations and sustainable solutions also play an important role in his work. Besides these Ákos interprets drawing as an autonomous activity.
